The purchased design template will be provided via e-mail address as a ZIP archive, containing the file formats shown below for each design template.
The purchased design will be provided ASAP after successful confirmation of the payment (within a maximum of 24 hours).

REFUND POLICY

TemplateKiller.com can refund your purchased design template ONLY if your order (ZIP archive) has NOT yet been sent to you by e-mail. All sales are considered to be final and non-refundable once the ZIP archive of the order has been e-mailed to the address provided on our order form.
