PAYMENT METHODS

Our prices are in EURO (EUR). The prices will be converted in any currencies, supported by the payment system PayPal. Payments have to be made using a valid cradit or debit card by PayPal.
We also accept payments via Bank Transfer. For more detials or another payment method, please contact us by e-mail.
The payment have to be verified, before receiving the source files of any of our logo template designs. This usually takes a few hours.

COLLECTING PERSONAL INFORMATION

In order to access and use the services offered by TemplateKiller.com, you will be asked to create an account by providing your physical address, email address, and create a username and password. TemplateKiller.com will NOT use your contact information in any way other than to process your order and deliver your purchased products to you through your email address. Your contact information will NOT be shared with any third party, nor will it be used for unsolicited email marketing or spam. TemplateKiller.com will not store your credit card information on our servers or any other storage media.

REFUND POLICY

TemplateKiller.com may refund your order minus a transaction fee of 2.00 Euro if and ONLY if your download link/ZIP folder has not been sent to you yet. Since TemplateKiller.com products are all digital files and there are no means of any actual goods being returned to TemplateKiller.com with the guarantee that the delivered files have been destroyed, therefore all sales are considered to be final and non-refundable once the download links have been emailed to the client.
